This "ゞ" is an iteration mark. But we're talking about kanji, and it's for hiragana, so the correct one should be "々", so, they used the wrong mark for stylistic purposes. So, the reading should be "Aiai kasa" (?).

Today I visited a bookstore that I loved, because it has some RPG shit. So, I saw that the displays were empty and all books were in boxes. I asked the seller why, and he said the store closed. So, I bought a book and cried a lot.
