Whether you think Vkei can be Japanese only or not, the "sharp jaw" and "narrow face" argument is like the worst because... well... look at Japanese people! Hell, look at Hakuei's own bandmates lol. By Hakuei's own definition, Penicillin's drummer can't be Visual Kei because he has a rounder face.
Sorry O-Jiro, maybe the Kamchadals or Chukchi will accept you into their culture, seeing as Hakuei is the CEO of the Japanese nationality.

Again with this argument... the genre has born in Japan, but this doesn't exclude that other countries can try to do it. Missing the times when Cinema Bizarre and old DNR were around... at least they confirmed how is easy to bring out a vk band without being specifically Japanese. It's like, "hey reggae is only for Jamaica!" or "hip-hop is only for black men from Harlem!" C'MON! 🤣

But to me, overseas visual kei, some people are good at it and look amazing. While others don't have such magical feeling and just look as any general alternative band. 
It matters if someone can shine... even Japanes people fail in that (^^)/

@platy just remembered that the most disappointing situation is that president of Belarus said that "if you don't see corona it doesn't exist" and "the best way to kill the virus is working on the fields and if you're sick then drink some vodka and come back to your work".

This Monday the UK government announced that people could do unlimited outdoor exercise and that they should go to work but not use public transport. One thing I can praise about the UK is that people can queue and respect distancing in queues... But at the same time buses in London were absolutely packed and I saw many people at the park today. 
 
I'd like to glimpse the future and see where countries like Japan and Brazil will end up at this rate because they're really pretending nothing is happening. It makes me feel complacent, like, surely it isn't that bad then! But no, Im not putting myself at risk any time soon.

driving instructor - no mask, 
person who was learning - no mask.
While in a car... well... you will get 100% infected if yo don't wear a damn mask...

@Ada Suilen japanese government claimed they will send us masks, 2 per family (who cares if your family is more than 2?), it was 1.5 months ago. Most of us still don't know when we will get that damn masks, and those who already got said the masks were too small (not even S size, someone said it was made for children and they just sending masks they can't sell) and dirty🤨
We still can get 100k yen, but as with the mask, most of us are waiting for the documents to apply for that money, and nobody knows when we will get applications or money.

also as far I know,,, most people wear a damn mask...which surely helps less spreading.

@BrenGun japanese don't care at all, we thought to go out for few hours two weeks ago for the first time and the first thing we saw were tents and crowds in the park :'D families with children, without masks. It was really HARD to find a place without people so we walked like 1.0km to stay away from the crowd. There's also nothing about social distance when we're talking about rush hours, the main stations and trains are crowded as always.

I hope our government will uncover the fact that people are dying in the hotels or their own houses. There's no free beds in hospitals since mid April and government said "if you feel sick please move to the nearest hotel"🤫
