Just finished the office viewing and business meeting! first of all, the office looks promising. It is a bit derelict, but with some tender love and care....and ALOT of hard work and effort, I am sure it can be made beautiful. just trying to figure out a few last financial issues and what not. but hopefully it all works out. Please keep your requests and lists of what you would like to see on the web shop coming (sending by dm). we want to know what you guys want!

Just dropping in to say I'm getting on a huge NOVEMBERS kick! Dumb ramblings to follow: Gave Elegance a couple spins in the past day. Loving it more and more. My favourite is probably the last track, I just can't get it out of my head! (am I the only one who gets a total '80s vibe from the mini?) The others I've listened to are GIFT, zeitgeist, and Rhapsody in Beauty. I love that all four of those releases have a different sound/concept but aren't too different (omg does that even make sense). While I wasn't too fond of the "noise rock/being on an airplane" approach from Rhapsody, the album grew on me and might become a favourite of mine. I don't have any of their other stuff, but I just got a 7CD lot of their first several releases (from ST to GIFT), which I'm SUPER EXCITED to have shipped to me and to listen to all of those. And I'll probably be scanning the booklets so someone can transcribe the lyrics. As of now my current favourites are: Moirè, We, Meursault, [that number song from Rhapsody], dumb (also stuck in my head every second of my life), 出る傷を探す血, and maybe 心一つ待ちきれないまま.

Quick recap of the last season. I didn't watch too much as a lot wasn't appealing to me. Caught up on Dimension W pretty quickly. I heard they took some liberties here and there but the story was interesting and unique. The anime took the time to explain the rules of its universe (which were rooted in pseudoscience but convincing enough to sound real as if the author did a bit of research first) and then stuck by them the whole show. An entertaining 12 episode anime I could recommend to anyone in the mood for something different. Schwarzemarken had promise but quickly deteriorated into a B-movie sci-fi plot with no discernible direction, the threat of a threat never materializing, and characters doing things only because the plot demands something happen for the sake of progress. It tried to throw a left hook in the first episode by appearing as if no one is safe and then for the next ten episodes no one is in any real danger - and you know it. Also there's incest and that's gross. I heard the main character brains his sister not too long after but I didn't have enough patience to wait it out. Loved all 10 episodes of Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!. Much funnier than I anticipated it to be (as in it's actually funny and not "Dagashi Kashi" levels of boring) and I can't wait for S2! Ace of Diamond is done. I still don't know what to do with my Mondays. Asterisk is coming back but if it continues to be a generic battle harem I'm turning it off. Boku no Hero Academia looks like it will be a fun and interesting adventure. What the fuck did they do to Terraformars: Revenge? The creepy horror feeling is all gone. I was terrified every week for who would die and who would get maimed and how much smarter the roaches would be. They were smart, determined, and relentless. The colors are off, the roaches look stiff, the gore has disappeared, there's fan service (did you REALLY have to ask for a shower scene 3 times in one episode?), Michelle isn't Michelle, and now the bloody fuckers walk away when one of them gets his head kicked off. It transformed from a seinen to a light shounen at best. I really don't know how I feel about this.

If anyone knows the point-and-click adventure Neverhood, this is the sequel (that I never knew existed!!) Skullmonkeys for PS1 (even has a lenticular case with a wierd booklet cover that makes the eyeball move a little)

I've just looked at all your drawings and, wow, I'm speechless. Your works convey such a particular feeling that I'm not really able to explain, but in a good way! They remind me of gothic and decadent atmospheres, while the one where there are fingers and flower is very delicate. Thanks for sharing your beautiful art with us!

I must admit that I was avoiding them for a longer time. But finally give them a try and though sometimes Tzk's voice sounds a bit annoying I quite like them. I love in them that you can clearly hear the bass line and not only know that the bass should be somewhere over there.

Thanks for the comment! I definitely wasn't strictly limiting myself to recent bands, but I think it just happened that way because production methods have gotten a lot heavier, even in your average indies band. I thought about including some early 2000s oshare like Milphinne, but ultimately, songs like this just didn't have the heavy headbanger "oomph" of the kind of stuff I included on this list and we can probably attribute that to production limitations of the time. Anyway, I'd really be interested in any other songs you had in mind (you can feel free to just list them, if you can't find them on YouTube or anything)

Tenho que concordar. Há tantos fatores que fizeram esse novo "cenario". Eu seria muito hipócrita se falasse bem desse neo-visual kei, raramente alguma banda nova desce. Na maioria das vezes eu gosto por dar suporte aos membros que ja estiveram em bandas que ja acabaram ou em novos artistas que estão ingressando no mundo vk. Fora que hoje em dia essas bandas novas sao marcas comercias na minha opinião. Eles precisam vender e vender, e fazem qualquer porcaria para os ouvintes, o impacto é o fim dessas bandas com menos de 3 anos. Tudo porque o mercado da musica japonesa nunca ficou tao ganancioso, pelo simples fato que nos compramos mais cds de la e isso abre os olhos dos investidores em querer fazer um mercado a nivel dos artistas ocidentais por exemplo.

Pra mim, essa música do Crucifixion foi A música de 2013, até postei aqui quando saiu. Madeth gray'll e 翡翠 ficariam orgulhosos. Tem TUDO, fiz até uma listinha: Intro de caixinha de música? - CHECK Falou Eins-Zwei-Drei-Vier? - CHECK Gritou ザイザイ~ no refrão? - CHECK Guitarrinha flicka-flicka? - CHECK Vocalista se esgoelando como maluco? - CHECK!
